When will my Order Arrive?

Orders are typically in transit within 24 hours.  If you select Standard (Ground) Shipping for U.S. shipments, you can expect to receive your order at your front door 4 to 7 days after you place your order.

Orders shipped Express, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select will arrive quicker than the times shown above.

• Returns for Credit must have an RMA
  (return merchandise authorization) -- please call or email to receive one.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
• Returns for Exchange do not need an RMA and should follow directions below
  • Returns must be in original unworn resalable condition and in original shoe box. 
  • Returns for an exchange of size should include a $2.50 handling fee for this service.
  • Returns for an exchange to a different item then originally ordered should include a $2.50 handling fee and the appropriate shipping from the table above. Please include this fee with your exchange either in the form of a check or by including your credit card information with your return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
